解秘四季酒店如何提供“夜床服务”！

Guest clothings which is onthe bed or floor will be neatly folded and placed on bed or chair.Guest clothingleft on furniture will be neatly folded and left in place. Shoes will bepaired.

客人放在床上或地上的衣物应该整齐地折叠好并放回床上或椅子上，客人放在其它家俱上衣物应该整齐地折叠好并放回原位，鞋要成双放。

Newspapers & periodicalswill be neatly stacked and left on table/shelf in plain view.Guest personalpapers will not be touched.

报纸、杂志要整齐地摊开叠放在桌子上/架子上。客人的任何私人资料都不要动。

Bed throws when removed areplaced on a shelf in the closet.

床罩拿开后应折好放到衣橱隔板上。

Sheer and black out drapes(orshutters)will be closed(in bedroom only)not in the sitting room if separate.

卧室里的薄窗帘、遮光帘都应拉上，起居室的遮光帘不用拉。

TV remote & TV Directorywill be placed at the bedside table.

电视遥控器和节目指南放在床头柜上。

Turndown tray will be left onbed,to include breakfast menu,laundry bag   form,shoe shine bag & newspapercard.

夜床托盘应放到床尾部居中位置，托盘里应有早餐卡、洗衣袋 洗衣单、擦鞋袋以及报纸卡。

Guest toiletries will beneatly arranged on a clean flat cloth if left on vanity. .Cloths are notrequired on shelves.

客人放在台面上的卫生用品应用一块干净平整垫布垫好放在梳妆台上，而不是隔板上。

Bathroom fixtures will bespotlessly clean, free of hair ,damage and discoloration..

浴室设施应无水渍、毛发、破损或褪色。

Turndown service will beavailable to begin within 10 mins after guest calls specifically for service.

夜床服务应客人提出后10分钟内开始。

Turndown service will beexecuted between the hours of 06.00pm and 10.00pm

开夜床正常服务时间为每晚6点至10点。

In the case of a “Do NotDisturb” sign, a card will be left under the door to invite guest to call forservice.

如挂有“请勿打扰”的牌子，应从门下方塞入一张“征询服务卡”以方便客人提出服务要求。

The room’s furnishing andcollateral will be returned to their original position, unless it interfereswith the guest’s personal property.
